Today may have been the last training session with my lovely client Rachel. At 34 weeks pregnant with twins any day now is a real possibility!
Rachel has done amazing, both babies are very healthy and approx over 2kg, she has no back pain and has kept up a very regular training routine. Which has included 2 x sessions a week with me and 2 x yoga. wedding bridal collection in blue
In this video a one arm resistant band chest press which is a perfect core strengthening exercise and one that works the upper body
during very late pregnancy.
Remember at this stage in a twin pregnancy is equivalent to 40+ in a singular!
You can also do this exercise using the cable machine in the gym. Perform 3 x 10-12 reps and do in a circuit with band side steps :-)See More
