[The Pallof Press: A Deceptively Challenging Core Exercise]

The Pallof Press is a fantastic anti-rotation core exercise that *looks* simple, but if done correctly, can be very challenging!

Moms and moms-to-be: you can perform this exercise while trying to conceive, and all the way through pregnancy.

Keep the following cues in mind:
- Stay tall through the crown of your head
- Keep your ribs and pelvis towards one another
- Don't lean back
- Squeeze your glutes (think about driving your knees into the floor)
- Keep your shoulders square
